new fresh plastic

hi all,just changed my front grill so now it needs paint,it is new fresh plastic so do i need speshal primer or would the cheap stuff fi halfords dae?
i recon its gonna have to be filled aswell cause the plastic filler bit on the bonnet bit is gonna have to be glued in place(unless sumbody knows better?)

Any Plastic primer should do the job, If the plastic has a smooth finish its gonna need to be scuffed with some grey scotchbrite before priming. Post some pics of the areas where your having dramas so someone can help with that.
