Bora Center Vent Q

Can you easily remove the face plate on the Bora Center Vents as mine has a slite blemish but i may be able to get hold of a second unit which has a the vents damaged but the face plate is ok.

another Quick Q, the flaps [which go flat] are they interchangeable ? or dose the centre left side only fit the centre left side etc?
just want to know if would be worth keeping any of the flaps on the donor center vents for if any on mine get damaged i.e drivers or passenger
