any one know where i can get a new subframe from as mine is pretty badly rusted.
I've tried gsf and all that good stuff but no one seems to stock them at all

Ebay or scrappy. Then clean it up and paint it or get it sand blasted and powder coated. Or just take off and paint yours.

and when you replace the subframe have you got to get it lined up properly or is it just a bolt on bolt off jobbie??

Just bolt on as far as i know. Just make sure you get tracking checked after!
