Could be N interesting outcome as surely their argument is that the files are not worth as much as a physical product. I would not like to go against a giant like EMI. Dunno why Google are getting involved tho?

It's such a scam on those who buy the MP3's, I can't see how they ensure the MP3 is no longer on the previous owners computer. MP3's are readily available for free - Who wants to be a Millionaire?  :whistle: :grin:
