abs light on and off

hi can anyone help,my abs light is constantly coming on and off it can be triggerd my summut as small as pulling the hand break up but the thing is my abs doesnt seem to work when the light is on and i havnt had a chance to test it when the light is off,any ideas? will this fail the mot if the light is on?

It will fail the MOT if the light stays on. Check wheel speed sensors and rotors for damage. Maybe replace the ABS relays.
