Just seen an advert for the first ever pedestrian airbag

Anyone else got  the image of someone getting bumped at low speeds then a huge airbag going off and them flying about fourty yards down the road

Daft idea in my eyes but you know, if people are stupid enough to get in the way then now they are safer and the world will be a more stupid place.

So your driving down a country road and a deer runs out in front of you and you hit it....you then veer off the road into a tree because volvo have allowed a massive pillow to deploy on your windscreen and impair your view. Although you and the deer will more than likely survive.
