Sai question

Ok guys I've had a bit of a prob for a while now my cts was broke so got a new one but before that I found one of my sai pipes were broke so a friend sorted me out and had a replacement fitted it to the car and since then my car has been reading really low temps and it never did it before hand so can the sai make the car run cold
Some will say its the thermostat but that would not make it read about 70 on the dial would it and as said Ive replaced the cts so I know it's not that the only time it will sit at 90 is when the car is stood still for abit
Any help would be great guys as I havnt got a clue cheers

+1 more than likely the temp sender or thermostat
Remove the SAI if you have cracked the pipe, unless you have swapped your broke one for an identical piece and not a bodge because you will just get issues

As I put I've changed the cts already and I replaced the pipe with a proper one but it's only ran like it since I've put the pipe on as it was fine before and just thought it was strange
