GOLF MK4 2.0 GTI THROTTLE BODY

Hi has anyone done a tut on how to clean / remove a throttle body on a golf mk4 gti 2.0 8v I cant seem to find one anywhere??

Also my car has 90k on the clock isit worth giving it a gearbox oil change?
