Smelly mk 4 gti!!!

in regards the mouldy filter, they changed that on the last service, in regards to the hand licking, go out on the ale for 9 hours have a kebab and a chicken balti on the way home don't brush your teeth and in the morning lick your hand and thats what the blower in my gti smells like!!!!

The symptom/smell of a leaking matrix has  sometimes been described as a currylike smell    but I can't see what the garage would have done on a service to cause a matrix to start leaking

Take it back to the stealership mate, complain that it smells worse. Maybe there is somethign stuck somewhere?

as an update, my gti has recently freshened up it is now just a slight wiff, but when it rained today the smell came back full on with a vengence, does this new info shed any light for anyone to help me as when it rains i am going to have to drive with my head out of the window as i won't use the demister!!!
