Front Seats
Removal of the front seats is amazingly simple and requires no tools whatsoever (just your noodle)

Start with the passenger seat first as you don't then headbutt the steering wheel whilst you figure it out
Slide the seat fully forward and remove the two pieces of plastic trim that sit (1) on top (a long piece of platic) and (2) at the back of the runners (smallish plastic end caps)
Use the screwdriver to pop these off if you can't do it by hand
Then slide the passenger seat as far back as it goes
Do not remove the plastic trim around the seat, this isn't necessary
Underneath the seat (looking face on) you will see the slider handle on your left and a metal rail that runs from front to back of the seat
At the front of the metal rail you will see a small spring loaded clip that runs from left to right
Compress this clip and the seat should then slide backwards out from the frame/rail and its out, simple as that

Fitting the front seat is literally the reverse of the removal but with one small edit
When you have the replacement seat back in the runners (do this by sitting in the back of the car and lining them up) you then need a bit of fiddling at the front
To get the seat to fit at the front you will need to line the middle metal rail (mentioned above) back into the slot in the middle of the seat base
To do this you will need to hold the seat slider up so the seat slide bar sits into the 'U' shaped hosing on the seat base
The challenge is then getting the metal rod to run through the central metal rail (you will feel it pass through the circular hole and click loudly.
Once this is done the seat is locked on and you just then need to replace the spring loaded clip at the front that you removed earlier.

That's it!
