Hello, changed from first thoughts. After having car in bits discovered the previous mechanic had installed the clutch backwards. That would explain why it didn't come close to making 20k miles.

Excuse me, was this mechanic f**king blind?! I'm sure it has a warning on it telling you which way to install it?!
