Fuel pump advice
« on: 29 July 2012, 14:44 »
Hi folks.

Sorry if this has been asked but i am currently about to take the last strap of for the fuel tank.

I have just realised the tank i got as a replacement has the vr6 pump still inside.  Anyone know if my ecu relay 30 for the 8 v will work with the vr6 pump?.

Many thanks

ECU relay 30 - as it says is for ECU. Fuel pump relay on the 8v is 167 and not interchangeable with 30 (pin configuration is different!).

No problems, looks like the fuel pump is from a late vr6 and is working fine..

Thanks
