I've experienced this loads of times, it usually happens when ive had one too many to smoke. Low blood pressure and low blood sugar lol....I guess it's why you dive in the fridge

I would wholly accept it if i was smoking weed or munching disco biscuits but them days are a decade away.

Well anyways, it's all good, the best thing to remember is that, don't let yourself freak out and go into shock. Focus on your breathing and within moments it will pass.
