Simple

Remove stereo
Unclip loom from back of stereo
Clip parrot loom into stereo
Clip car loom into parrot loom
Replace stereo

The awkward bit is running the cables to where you want the unit and the mic but the interior comes apart easily enough

Search through the maintence section as there are plenty of links to interior trim removal.

Cheers for the response, my second stupid question of the day is how do I get my stereo out if I dont have the pins for it?

Thanks

Some people reckon you can use a cut up credit card to remove it.  Otherwise pop down to Halfords or VW and pick up a set of removal keys

This, my local halfrauds let me borrow them for 5min, I then came home and ordered of gaybay for future use! I really like the parrot systems, think they are worth it. Bro has one and it is so simple and controls the music he plays via blue tooth from his phone!  Really impressive!
