part number request

hi guys/girls

erm i need a fav, ive removed the inlet/intake manifold from my vr6 obd1 and need a new gasket before she goes back on,

now ive contacted vw and they are struggling to get the correct one in to order for me and i'm not able to check the part number as the vr's 20miles away 

its the front gasket that the inlet bolts up to, think theres x8 bolts (hex)

i cant see why this is confusing to them

The one between head and lower manifold (021 133 227 H) or between lower manifold and manifold bridge (021 133 227 J)?
Latter seems to have 8 bolts the other one more.

ok so ive ordered the part, i know i'm pushing my luck now but i dont have a manual. can someone please check for me the torque settings for the upper manifold bolts theres x7 in total, thanks for all your help 

and if possible also for the x4 bolts that attach the throttle body to the inlet

sorry but most hanyes books dont cover the vr6

bolts are M8 so would say 25Nm
