wing mounted ariel, plug for oval shaped hole

Hi fellas.
Im shifting the ariel to the roof at the back and threading an ariel cable through to the stereo.
I'll be left with a funny shaped hole, but really dont want to start filling and painting the wing as its in good condition as it is, (and i dont want to mess it up).

Does anyone know of a specific blanking plug or grommit, or another way to seal up this oval shaped hole in the wing.
Any ideas?
