A friend of a friend who has sky multi room at home has taken one of the boxes paired with the viewing card abroad to Tenerife.
His sky tv has been working perfectly abroad for the last two years (sky movies and sports etc). However, now they get an error message “sky viewing card is unauthorised“. The terrestrial channels seem to work fine still.
Have Sky blocked the card somehow?
