Mk6 4motion

I'm currently in saalbach in Austria and today I passed a standard looking mk6 but with 4motion.
Are they available in the uk ? If not they should be !

No, the only 4 Motion we got here was the .:R

We always seem to miss out on the good models. I've got a Passat V6 TDI. Everyone else got a 180PS 4 Motion model, but we had to make do with 163PS and front wheel drive.

There is going to be a Mk7 GTD 4 Motion. We're not getting that either.

Never understood VW groups policy on what to import and not when it comes to the 4wd versions.
I always wanted a mk1 SEAT Leon Cupra4 or Cupra4TDI
At least with VW with the mk4 you got the 4motion V6 option as well as the R32. The mk5 you got the option of the TDI140 or 2.0 petrol as well as R32.
I guess its VWuk leaving the 4WD option for the AudiUK cousins.

There is that. I've always got my Golf goggles on, so forget that there's a A3 Quattro with the same engine as the GTD. If the press are to be believed, it's a better car too.

My next car was going to be a Mk6 but now I'm thinking of going the Audi route ie A3 Quattro  I would of gone for a Mk6 5dr but A3 would have to be a 3dr I think
