I put a 1.4 carb on a 1.3 but had to put 1.3 jets in carb. Did loads to it . It would keep up with my friends 5s bmw and a clan clover.
He wanted it, so i sold it to him and he wrote it off .
Best i did was a 1.1 with weber carb /did 110 mph with only 4 gears . I used to love ford fiestas until they rust away.
