Hey guys, how u all doing? looking at getting a MK2 to use as a track car.. Still tryin to source one, but thought i might as well try n get a bit of info on them first.
I had a black GTi Mk2 8V which i regret selling, a few years back, but i got rid of it to get a Mk1 Gti Lhasa Green beaut, but the day after i bought it i parked it on the road and it got totalled by a lorry.. After that i didnt stay with golfs, Got a corrado G60 which i loved and then moved to an Audi S2 and now i currently own a Audi TT 225. So as u can see i like VAG (take that how u will).
Looking forward to getting back into a golf though... had been tempted by a MK1 again as that was always the dream esp after what happened last time.. but i've been told the Mk2 is better for track. Still undecided...any thoughts appreciated.
