I've just had my cheapest ever insurance quote. £298 for my 61 reg Golf GTD :-)
I have 6 years protected no claims and just myself and the wife, 9000 per year, driveway and business use.
The company is AXA. I had a couple of claims just over three years ago which is fine as AXA ask for claims in the last three years, where some ask for the last five years.
Anyway, should I pay:
1) an extra £44 to protect my No claims bonus (6 years)
2) an extra £28 for legal cover
3) an extra £26 to reduce the voluntary excess from £400 to £200
Is legal cover really necessary?
What would you do??

I'd pay the 26 quid to drop the excess, and maybe protect ncb
