how the hell do i get them off. i want to run some cables but the carpets so tight i cant get my hand down them

done it they needed a little lift with the screwdriver.

does anyone know how to get the bolt connecting the parcel shelf to the rear quarter panel off. it feels like a clip. if so how do i put it back on?
