why do they never give all the coilover nuts?

ok my new coilovers just arived from germany today after waiting 2 weeks for them.

what i want to no is why do they never include the flat nut that holds down the top plate on the coilovers?
as they fit together on the shox helper, middle plate bit, coil, top plate, flat nut, bearing, top mount then once on the car top mount plate and the final big locking nut.
but why do they never include the flat nut that goes under the bearing?

dont you have to take all the spacers, & nuts & thingymabobs over from the original shock leg.......

yeah i have always had to but you would think they should supply them with them wouldnt you.
they supply the top locking nut so why not the other

i am in the prosess of fitting tuning arts as well let me know what there like bud?   
as mine wont be on the road for a while yet

ok will hopefully fit my tomorrow. will let you no what they are like.
i have a feeling they are the same coilovers as TA technics ones as the C spanner that came in my set says TA tchnics on it and the coilovers look exactly the same as the last lot i bought for my black mk3 and i liked them coilys. had no issues with them at all.
