Hello.
Right where to begin. The problem started around 2 months ago. I dont know exactly when but it seems an eternity.
Basically I could be driving along quite happily and then all of a sudden the revs would go crazy up and down up and down and then it would cut out.
It did this for about 4 weeks and then after a few evenings of tinkering under the bonnet it sorted its self out.
Then after doing nearly 750 miles the old problem started back up again.
Took it to the garage and they replaced a few things and still the same. Stopped doing it for abit and now the demon is back.
I have replaced: Battery, dizzy cap, HT leads, coil, fuel filter and fuel lines flushed, alternator brushes, removed the immobiliser, spark plugs, checked earths, cleaned ISV and throttle body. Fuel pump primes and the lift pump is good.
I am fresh out of ideas.
Anyone got any ideas or had this problem before?
