If only wanting 200bhp I wouldn't go for the bam i'd just stick with an agu. Management is easy, standard is probably easier than standalone, you just need an immob defeated ecu, a mk3 and mk4 engine loom, and either a bit of knowledge or £100 to pay someone else to splice them together
Wouldn't bother with a vr6 conversion, just buy a vr6
