Well not really design more like tarting up, erm I am having a new Alpine head unit fitted today and it's silver, now it's going into a MK 2 golf, was wondering if anybody new of somewhere that sold the brushed silver material, that you get in some sporty cars now a day's?? if you know what I mean.

I don't want to go to far so that it looks tacky, just enough to match the stereo, or would it be best for me to spray the surround silver, would that be to much ?? (course me saying this and the stereo is going in tonight   :rolleyes:.)

Ok hope you understand what i mean.

Hi Crash,

I sprayed the dash suround in my old Tornado Red MKII with spraypaint to body colour it. It looked pretty awesome and wasn't over the top. THought about it in the white one but I reckon it'll look poo but your idea of silver should look ace.
