Airbox drilling

Ok, just about to drill my air box, where should i drill, what size holes? what can i take out? any pics would be greatfull.

(tried seaching but seach does not work)

Personally I'm not convinced that this would make any difference as you could potentially be pulling in hot air circulated from the engine but others say differently. But apparently you need to drill on the wing side (to keep away from the hot engine air) but I couldn't tell you how many or how big.  :smiley: Other than giving you a more throaty sound I'm still not convinced.  :undecided:

Will do jack for the car, except as mention give it a grumble when you rev it.

Big ish holes on drivers wing side.

In conjuction with a performance panel filter, drill the front and wing side.
Depends on car, on 16v and vr6 will make a difference to throttle response.
On vr6 engines the pick up from low revs is improved substantially.
