ok

looking at getting a new sump and bits that i will need for the job,i have fitted a sump before but only got the sump and no other bits so i need to know what i need and best and cheapest place to get them please guys

its for a mk4 1.9 tdi 110 bhp

only posted on here and not the tdi because will get a quicker reply  :wink:

Sealant,sump bolt and washer if not included with sump.oil,have u thought about changing pick up pipe whilst ur doing the sump.
1.8T AGU 203bhp & 233lb/ft Rtech stage 1 custom remap,18"dezentz rims,lowered 40mm shocks n springs,whiteline 24mm adj rear arb,lcr axle bushes,polybushed arb,modified front bumper & valences,depo projector headlights,delocked,wrapped interior&bora gear knob,forge boost & coolant hoses,forge tip,forge 007p,samco vac hoses,simota aeroform cai,saiko michi catch can,deleted pcv system,r32 dogbone,miltek lg bore down pipe & sports cat/non res anni style system.

yes that it couldnt think what it was pick up pipe how much are they.

not sure tbh mate never bought one im sure someone will b able to tell u though.mite as well do a filter change to :smiley:

pick up pipe vw pn (get it from dealers) v06a 115 251
o ring - 028 222 2

oil filter - 06a 115 561 b
oil i use quantum platinum (5w-40)

just used all this last weekend and its absoluitaly fine i allowed 4 hours for the sealent to go off!!!!

what are the ebay sumps like ?
i got a new sump last year because i stripped the thread on the sump bolt bit blah blah blah and i did check out the ebay ones but thought as it was really a crucial part of the car i opted for a genuine to ensure 100 percent fitment think i paid about £100 for mine and about £10 for the sealant.if urs is original theve made them a bit different now and made them stronger i believe.

cheers rio but you put part number for the pick up pipe is it the same as a diesel as yours is a petrol engine?

call vw in the morning and give them your reg/chassis no. and theyll tell you!!!!!
