customer service centre is a bit of a pain.. can take up to 40 mins to answer the phone in the indian centre!! ( in india if you call primus..scotland if u call new talk) scotland however takes seconds!
never have any issues with the net or phone and the company are well known for going above and beyond if they make a mistake with billing etc
the router arrives in the post .. they dont tend to send out any paper work so your activation date will be on or before your given date
its highly recommended on martins money saver site
