why would you have to sign to be tracked? its their phone. they have given it to you, they can track their property whenever they like.  same as vans/cars given.

Because it's the law and could be used in a tribunal against them if something went sour and it came to light they were tracking the employee, same as you're meant to sign a computer misuse agreement and your boss isn't allowed to spy on you without a water tight contract.

But for the purest engine experience, displacement has no replacement. All other methods are simply attempts to artificially recreate the benefits of displacement.

Got a company blackberry.  Only use it for work, any personal calls and useage have to be declared and payee for. Internet and mail goes through our own enterprise server so is surf controlled.  Because of all this I choose to have a personal phone and therefore there is no personal benefit to be taxed on nor is there anything for me to manage/worry about.
