Hello All, I am fairly new to this but have a problem with 06 Golf Gti DSG. I have a front end rattle which seems to be coming from closer to the front nearside than anywhere else. When the car is in 'Park' the rattle is louder, but when I shift it into 'Drive' it goes away. The car is also harder to start first thing, almost like the starter motor is really labouring to fire the car. I have never owned a Golf GTI before but have fell in love with this one. I was wondering if anyone is able to maybe give me a bit of a heads up as to what the problem may be and if anyone has any ideas. Are there any common faults with a DSG? Any advice would be gratefully received.
