How to inset a table

I have figures from some logs I have run today and want to get them posted on here so you experts can check em out. I have tried copying and pasting from excel but it just doesn't work. The insert table button...I just don't get what I'm meant to be putting in between it...Please help  :sad:

save as a piccy,

photobucket it
