knocking noise when lightly turning steering wheel left and right

Hi all,

as per heading, im getting a knocking noise when turning steering wheel lightly from left to right,

Any ideas??? the car has had polybushes fitted on wish bones, steering rack. Its had new ball joints fitted, steering arms, track rod ends, top mounts all though one of the bearings wasnt changed as who ever fitted the suspension horsed up the nuts nice and tight and the guy fitting the top mounts and bearings didnt want to force it as he didnt want to snap the hollow rod of the shock absorber (koni adjustable). I have ordered new poly bushes for the arb and for the drop links, will get them fitted as soon as they arrive.

Any ideas or thoughts would be great

Cant be much left to replace

I know starting to get a bit pissed off to be honest, my car should feel solid but still rattles and knocks like an old piece of french sh!t

Let us know how you get on with the ARB bushes

will do bud ordered them earlier on today, also ordered the small front bush for my dog mount and new rear black dimond discs plus had to fork out £89 for a new tyre today due to a puncture

could be a cv joint, although this is normally one side when moving also.

just picked car up from garage after getting another steering rack and ARB bushes and drop link bushes and the car is now solid
