Yep because they are stretch bolts.

Guess they would be, also make sure you blow the bolt holes out as anything left in could mean the block cracking.

Thanks for you replys, the torque settings and sequence are exactly what i needed. i have bought a new set of head bolts, thermostat, and gasket set so hopefully it will a go smoothly.
