Help locating part please!

Hi,
I'm trying to find the small rubber connecter/hose that connects the crankcase breather valve to the valve cover. Mines split, and it's pulling air in resulting in cold stalling and dodgy idle. Bought a new valve expecting it to come with hose - especially for 30 quid!!!! Anyone have a GSF part no. for this (had a look, but can't find it) or know where i can get one ? One's I've checked in scrappy have been missing or split.

According the the GSF catalogue is is 15630 (Cyl head breather pipe) for 1.6-1.8 Golf 79 onwards.  £2.50.

Hope this is the right part?

Just looked that up, but it says for carb model - l G1 1.5 Carb 8/77 >12/83. Mines an 88 gti 8v digifant by the way. Thanks anyway tho mate.

No probs.  Have you tried VAG?

they do them called arocker cover bung i think, bout £3 even from VAG if you get desperate!

Cheers - 2.30 from VAG. Anyone out there with the same problem - DONT spend 30 quid on a new breather valve thinking it comes with the bung!
