Couldn't back up 500GB worth of films, porn bus documents what pissed me off the most was there were so baby pictures backed up but couldn't access the hardrive   

Formated about five times in the end before getting money back. Wasted at least 6 hours just backing up and even the auto disc fix stopped working half way through.
Not much luck with tech these days must be getting old

Yeah just found them on another HD safe, plus digging the old CD's discs got them backed up!
I'm a sucker just bought the last one from Epson, but this one is better due to the made in South Korea the last one was Vietnam the logo is more upto date with red colouring.
I should get a call from Sainsbury's in morning about the lost data.
