Very long time no speak - apart from the sat nav failing two weeks out of warranty (ouch!!
) everything's fine and dandy.
Just thought I'd share a short story, nothing new to any of you I'm sure but equally I'm sure you won't mind hearing
Was driving home on Friday night and there was a Merc E320 driver and some form of very (s)wanky BMW X6 who obviously decided they were far too good to hang around with the other plebes on the road. Basically they were trying to barge / bully there way through the traffic, overtaking on the inside, right up people's @rses, etc.
Anyway, I was fortunate enough to be near the front of the traffic when we hit a national speed limit dual carriageway with some fairly tight roundabouts / bends on it. I just thought I'd see how the Ed30 did in comparison to these twoa
To be frank, the E320 and the X6 didn't have anything on the Ed30, at all tbh. I suppose the E320 isn't an especially 'sporty' car but the X6 is marketed as some form of performance coupe. I'm not claiming the Ed30's some form of Carrera 4S or anything but it could certainly hold its own in this company.
Of the three cars, I know which I'd most like.
