Which Auto tranny fluid best for 1996 golf cl auto box EG62 AUT

or maybe the code is AAM? No idea.  the gearbox is sealed..

anyways i want to buy the oil from eurocarparts...don't have any idea what the difference is between dexron 2 and 3 . automatic transmission fluid D or ATF-U is the best...

need some advice on this...as this is a present for the car lasting over one year!!!

ok i know the difference now..and here's the question...will dexron 2 suffice..or will dexron 3 or the the U give much better performance?


anyone got experience at this??
