Yeah, my GT, although used, came from Inchcape in Altringham. That had no mats, bottle opener or Media leads when i went to pick it up. The salesman said it was a used car, if they weren't there, that's just how it was. I pointed out that it was an "Approved" used car, therefore should be complete. Needless to say, he managed to find some brand new ones for me from the parts department.
