We can see in granular detail how people use search, how far they get through the site and whether they're contacting sellers (which is ultimately the point after all). There are many thousands of people every day who use the classifieds without going anywhere near the forums, and we have to "listen" to what they're doing by looking at our analytics data. We're doing that just as keenly as we're taking part in these threads.Whilst we've clearly got work to do to this new version, the weight of all our data and plenty of comments expressed on these threads and generally about the classifieds in the past suggests that the old system had plenty of flaws and didn't do a good enough job of helping people to find cars. We won't go back to it, but we will make modifications to this one.
