right, only picked my 01 Y 1.8 t up couple of days ago- evry now and then i get a surging effect when i have my boot down- with the window open, i can hear it go then the turbo drops off then comes back - does it all the way round to around 5.5k. Its doing it in 2nd upwards- any thoughts? Car is on 23k and is stock as far as i know!
