Replacing heater motor?
« on: 12 December 2011, 14:30 »
Looking for a bit of help here.

My heater motor seems to have given up on me! It works occasionaly (If you slam your door shut) but its very weak and making a ticking/droaning noise. Then it packs in all together after a while.

This was happening last year and I had it in at a gargae, they 'repaired' the motor but now Im back to square 1. Obviouslly I need my heaters at this time of year!

So 2 things:

1: Where can I buy a cheap replacment motor?

2: Is it easy enough to fit. I admit to not being the best at DIY etc! Anyone give me a rough idea what to do?

Cheers!
