Been putting off renewing my insurance as I was sure I wasn't gonna like the outcome. Going from a standard 2.0 8v mk3 to a 1.8t mk3 lowered, stainless exhaust, alloys, etc etc etc. Elephant wanted £800 for the 2.0 so I was getting ready to bend over

Just been on the phone to sky, £740 all mods declared! I had to ask the guy to repeat it as I thought I missheard

and just for those that know me on here, no I haven't been driving around undeclared for 6 months, I declared with elephant but I thought the crazy price they wanted to cancel would be less than cancelling and re-insuring. I'll be doing my homework next time 

The £800 elephant quote was what I paid last year standard
