Nope, that is to repair a rust sill. The best place for the trim is VW themselves :wink:

Nice one, thanks. Just trying to cut a corner or two lol was going to order that along with a VR front spoiler and badge less grill. Wont bother now.  :smiley:

the sill trim is made of plastic clips into the 2 half's of the side skirts with end caps on both ends. :cool: :smiley:

May be worth finding out if they are original, the new ones from vw now are much better than the original ones which had a sttip of metal along the inside. The metal rusts and they look horrible if not looked after, the new ones now are 100% plastic and have rubber lips so they sit flush and don't let the water in
