any that cost under a grand (like my old one)......I think the mk3 is the best golf but If I had 10+ grand to spare, It wouldn't be what I'd buy 

although there was a nice r32 engines golf with o.e (Kells type) looks on pistonheads a short while back for £3500 (I would stretch to that!)
