mk3 1.8t conversion suggestions

Just did an online quote with sky and got quoted £5000 

I'm 28, 2 years NCB, driving since 2004, engine has all the usual mods, lowered s/s exhaust etc

any suggestions? I've been with elephant since declaring as they wanted silly money to cancel early but now my renewal is coming up so they can f**k off
