I have a mk4 golf 1999 1.6.
Last week the heater stopped delivering hot air inside the car.
I changed the thermostat and the temp sensor.
The car overheated the other day and I had to be towed home by the AA.
This morning I checked all the hoses when car was warm. The bottom radiator
Hose to the thermo housing is stone cold as is the radiator.
The cap was off of the expansion tank the whole time. There was also water
Returning to the expansion tank causing it to overflow.
Do you think the next stop would be the water pump?
