How to arrange pick up of item?

Hi ive seen an item on ebay (a snowboard bag) and its a lil bit far to pick up. Says they will accept a courier. Question is i have never done it before? How do i organise it? Whats the best company? And are they expensive? :smiley:

Parcels to go. fill in the details, let the other person know what day they're collecting, wait for parcel. ish.
