best backup app for standard non rooted android?
« on: 18 October 2011, 20:47 »
Just tried titan and it didn't work with non rooted phones.

So, your suggestions please. Ta.

Edit - should have said I'd prefer to backup to my nas drive as the phone has fried my SD card once before.

MyBackupPro works well I've found on non-rooted phones, there is a free 30 trial, then use Cheetah Sync to wirelessly sync your SD card or certain folders with your PC that's connected to the NAS. It's how I backup my sh!t now, going to purchase CheetahSync to make more than 1 job to fine tune it a bit better.

But for the purest engine experience, displacement has no replacement. All other methods are simply attempts to artificially recreate the benefits of displacement.

Ok, just done the backup, think I'll just copy the backup files to a folder on the nas as don't need to buggers about with the pc bit then.
