R-tech remap difference??
« on: 11 October 2011, 18:54 »
Difference between spec 1 and spec 2 custom maps and what level mods your engine needs to be at for these remaps? My golf has APR remap at mo spoken to APR be £250 for stage 2 map take it to approx 230-240bhp, depending on your mods. £250 or £290 for r-tech custom spec 1 or 2 maps. Thinking which one to get looking at spec 2, anyone running this map?

He came all way to my work in warrington to map my last mk4 was awesome loved it. May as well go for best map poss for my modded spec. Only thing put me off APR stage 2 map they come and load map only, atleast on custom run will show any fault with dyno run and know bhp/torque changes when mapped.
